Worcester, MA- The Worcester State Baseball team (11-26, 9-12) would leave little time for the dust to settle from the MASCAC First Round game versus Framingham to switch gears and focus on grabbing an early lead in the double elimination bracket with their MASCAC Quarterfinal matchup against the second seeded Bridgewater State Bears (23-14, 14-1). The winner of the game will advance to the winners bracket at MASCAC semifinals tomorrow at Salem State at 3pm, while the loser would head into the second elimination of the MASCAC Quarterfinal at 11am. The last time these two faced off Bridgewater claimed the series 2-1, but Worcester was looking for just the one today.

The last time these two teams met, was in the initial round of last year's MASCAC Playoffs where the Buccaneers came away with the win and an ending the Lancers are looking to flip today.
