Okla Selected MASCAC Rookie of the Week for Fourth Week

Worcester, MA- With a successful 2-0 week for the Worcester State Men's Basketball team, the Lancers again had a selection for MASCAC Rookie of the Week as sophomore Joe Okla (Worcester, MA) claimed the honor for the fourth time this season.

Okla averaged 22 points, 8.5 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 1.5 steals in a 2-0 week for the Lancers. Scored 24 points with eight rebounds, four assists and two steals in the 87-81 win over Anna Maria. Added 20 points, nine rebounds, three assists and a steal in the 90-75 win over Salem State.

The Lancers are back in action on Wednesday with a trip to Bridgewater State for a 7:30pm start.
