Guerin, Davis Pace Men's Golf At Franklin Pierce

Jaffery, NH --- Freshman Connor Guerin (Oxford, MA) fired a 44 (+8) to tie for ninth and first-year Jackson Davis (Spencer, MA) added a 46 (+10) to tie for 13th as they both helped lead the Worcester State men's golf team to fifth at the Franklin Pierce Invitational at The Shattuck. 

The event was shortened to nine holes due to the rain this afternoon. 

Sophomore David Rixham (Northbridge, MA) tied for 19th with a card of 48 (+12) and rookie Zach Poirier (Sturbridge, MA) equalled 22nd (49; +13). 

Second-year Joe Oram (Mansfield, MA) added 28th (53; +17) to round out the Lancers.

The Blue and Gold hit the links again on Saturday when they head to the Westfield State Invitational at Tekoa Country Club.
