Worcester, MA- The Worcester State Men's Golf team returned to competition this weekend when they took to the course at the Roger Williams Invitational. Originally scheduled as a Sunday showdown, the rain forced a move of the tournament to Monday. The Lancers recorded a team of 351 in the one-day tournament, with sophomore Jack Ryan (Wakefield, MA) scoring an 81 for 12 place at the tournament.
Worcester, MA- The Worcester State Men’s Golf team returned to competition this weekend when they took to the course in the Rhode Island College Classic in two days of strong competition. The opening day saw the Lancers in a strong position with first year John Gastonguay (Ashburnham, MA) tied for fifth as they entered the second day of the tournament.
Worcester, MA.- Worcester State's Men's Golf team finished sixth at the MASCAC Championship held over the past two days at the Shennecossett Golf Course in Groton, CT. The Lancers recorded a team score +119 and a total score of 687 during the tournament. Worcester State junior Patrick Rennie (+24) and sophomore Jack Ryan (+25) led the team finishing 15th and 16th in the MASCAC Tournament Individual Competition. Jon Gastonguay (+32), Charles Fasold (+40) and Max Joyner (+42) rounded out the team scores for the Lancers.
