Wisconsin Whitewater: 9
How it Happened:
After a field condition delay, both teams on pause for the start of the action, the game would kick off with plenty of excitement. Wisconsin-Whitewater would grab an early 5-0 lead in the first three innings before senior Morgan Keefe (Dracut, MA) would send across junior Cali Brouillard (Millbury, MA) for the opening Lancer run in the bottom of the third.
The fourth would find the score at 5-1 when a storm would put the game on pause. In the return to action, White water would manage to put together four additional runs for a 9-1 lead into the bottom of the inning. Worcester would look to recreate the early magic of the game but were unable to generate the same attack, falling 9-1 in five innings.
