Brouillard Named MASCAC Player of the Week

Worcester, MA- After a 3-1 week for the Worcester State Softball team, junior Cal Brouillard (Millbury, MA) was named the MASCAC Player of the Week. 

Brouillard batted .750 (6-8) with three doubles, two triples, three RBI, two walks, a stolen base, six runs scored, .727 on-base percentage and a 1.625 slugging percentage in a 3-1 week for the Lancers. Went 4-for-4 with two doubles, two triples, two RBI and three runs scored in the doubleheader sweep of Mass. Maritime (9-1, 7-5). Went 2-for-4 with a double, RBI, walk and three runs scored in the doubleheader split with Framingham State. Recorded her 100th career hit in the win in the first game versus Mass. Maritime. On the season Brouillard has 18 hits, nine RBIs with eight doubles and two triples for a .305 batting average.

Worcester State Will be back in action tomorrow as they head to Fitchburg State for a two game set.
