Czerniawski and Carlson Named MASCAC Players of the Week
Worcester, MA- After kicking off the conference season with a 4-1 win over Framingham State, the Worcester State Women’s Ice Hockey team had two named to the MASCAC Weekly Honors. Junior Kaia Carlson (Englewood, CO) was named Player of the Week while senior Kelsey Czerniawski (Chicopee, MA) was named the Goalie of the Week.

Junior Kaia Carlson (Englewood, CO) was named Player of the Week while senior Kelsey Czerniawski (Chicopee, MA) was named the Goalie of the Week.
Carlson tallied two assists, including one on the game-winner and the other on a power play tally in the Lancers’ 4-1 win over Framingham State.
Czerniawski made 19 saves with a .950 save percentage with a single goal allowed in the Lancers’ 4-1 win over Framingham State.
Worcester State is back in action on Tuesday night when they head down to Salve Regina at 8pm.
