Bio

A standout collegiate athlete and emerging coaching talent, Guerin brings a wealth of playing experience and leadership to the Lancers program. She most recently coached with Gold Star Lacrosse, working with players in grades 6–12, where she developed a reputation for her energy, lacrosse IQ, and ability to mentor student-athletes both on and off the field.

Guerin enjoyed a decorated playing career at Framingham State University (2021–2024), where she left an indelible mark on the program and the MASCAC conference. She played in all 67 games of her career, finishing with 236 goals, 120 assists, and 356 points, becoming Framingham State’s all-time leader in points and goals. Her accolades include:

  • Four-time First Team All-Conference

  • 2021 MASCAC Rookie of the Year

  • Two-time MASCAC Player of the Year (2022, 2024)

  • 2022 IWLCA Second Team All-Region

In 2024, Guerin transferred to Florida Southern College, a powerhouse in NCAA Division II, where she added 31 points in 21 games and helped the team reach the NCAA Quarterfinals and a Top-5 national ranking.

She holds a B.A. in Studio Art with a concentration in Graphic Design from Framingham State and completed a Certificate in Business Management at Florida Southern.
