Worcester State Track and Field Announces 2026 Outdoor Schedule
Worcester, MA- After a dominant showing last season in Outdoor Track and Field, the Lancers are pleased to announce their 2026 meet schedule as they look to work towards the top spot in the conference on both the Men’s and Women’s side. The team is led by senior Seth Boudreau (Douglas, MA), graduate student Alex Lucier (Gardner, MA), senior Alan Gomez (Clinton, MA), and junior Garrett Papierski (Webster, MA) on the men’s side and seniors Leah Berg (Worcester, MA), Bridget O’Malley (Leominster, MA), Jillian McMenemy (Westborough, MA) and junior Alexis Strong (Southington, CT) for the women’s side, who will guide a depth of talent and all conference performances for Worcester.

"We look forward to a competitive outdoor schedule this spring to wrap up the 2025-26 campaign" says Head Coach Scott Vandermolen. "We'll be leaning on some of our senior leadership to perform at our best and see what this program can be capable of."
Worcester opens up their outdoor season at the Corsairs Classic hosted by UMass-Dartmouth on March 28th, with a single event of Hammer being held the Friday preceding, before heading to Fitchburg State for a MASCAC Championship prep meet at the Jim Sheehan Invitational on April 4th. April 11th will send the Lancers to the Ed Daniels Classic at Southern New Hampshire before their final training meet on April 17th at the Bonnie Edmondson Classic at Eastern Connecticut State. The MASCAC Championships will be hosted by Fitchburg State on April 25th before the New England DIII Championships on May 1st and 2nd and the NEICAAA Outdoor Championship on May 9th and 10th.
