Keene, NH --- #7 Worcester State freshman Megan Brown and sophomore Brittney Ledoux combined for 10 kills, but it was not enough to defeat second-seeded Keene State who rolled to a 3-0 triumph this evening. The Lancers finish their 2010 campaign at 15-18.
Cape Cod, MA --- The Worcester State volleyball team has been tabbed to be the seventh seed in the 2010 Division III ECAC New England Tournament as they will travel to play #2 Keene State in the quarterfinal round on Wednesday at 7 PM.

Boston, MA --- Freshman Megan Brown notched six kills, six digs and two block assists to help lead Worcester State to a 3-0 victory over Wentworth in non conference women's volleyball action this evening. Junior Kristen Koles and sophomore Becky Lebel each added four kills apiece in the triumph.
Providence, RI --- Freshman Megan Brown had a team-best 16 kills and 16 digs and a trio of aces while sophomore Becky Lebel added 12 kills as Worcester State lost to Rhode Island College, 3-0, before they rebounded with a 3-0 triumph over Southern Maine yesterday afternoon. The Lancers are now 13-14 on the season heading into the last week of the regular season.
Worcester, MA --- Keene State posted a 3-1 victory over Worcester State this evening at the Lancer Gymnasium in non conference women's volleyball action. Junior teammates Juliana Tyo and Kristen Koles along with sophomore Becky Lebel combined for 14 kills in the loss for the Blue and Gold.
Worcester, MA --- Worcester State defeated Framingham State 3-0 beore they lost 3-0 to Westfield State in a pair of MASCAC matches this afternoon. Junior Kristen Koles led a balanced scoresheet for the Lancers with 13 kills while senior Becky Lebel added 10 kills.
Salem, MA --- Freshman Megan Brown notched 15 kills to help propel Worcester State to a 3-0 MASCAC victory over Salem State this evening. With the win the Lancers ended a four-game drought.
Willimantic, CT --- Worcester State was handed a trio of setbacks at the Crabtree Classic as they lost to Emmanuel, 3-0, on Friday night before they were defeated by scores of 3-0 and 3-1 by host Eastern Connecticut and the University of New England, respectively. Freshman Megan Brown led the effort for the Lancers as she was tabbed to the All-Tournament Team.
