Worcester, MA - Worcester State University Men’s Basketball has announced their 2023-24 season schedule. Tyler Hundley, and the current MASCAC Champions, returns for his fifth season as the head coach of the Lancer squad. The Lancers finished with a 22-6 (12-0, MASCAC) record and as the #1 seed in the MASCAC Tournament last season. Worcester State looks to continue to begin to defend their MASCAC when they open conference play on January 6 at Fitchburg State. The Lancers return an all-star cast headed by juniors Aaron Nkrumah, who was the MASCAC Player of the Year and D3hoops.com Region 1 Rookie of the Year, and Ryan Rubenskas who was a MASCAC 2nd Team selection last season. They will be joined by a talented cast of returners and incoming talent to the program.
