The meet hosted the top marks across DI, DII and DIII in track and field to determine the best of the best in New England.

Worcester, MA- The Worcester State Outdoor Track and Field team would finally get a chance to kick off their season today as they headed to UMass-Dartmouth for the Corsairs Classic. Hoping for better weather after last year, which resulted in high winds and pounding rain, the Lancers trekked east to kick off their outdoor season. With just a touch of wind to add some excitement to the day Worcester would aim to make their presence known. Worcester would end the day claiming the sixth place finish in the meet after collecting 44 points on the day.

Worcester State claimed a MASCAC Conference titles last year and two in the indoor season behind first year Jadah Stokes (Savannah, GA) who will look, along with first year Ciara Adu-Addo (Worcester, MA) and senior Eryca Lopes (Ayer, MA), to take dominant control of the season.
