Worcester, MA- After a few weeks of training the Worcester State Women’s Cross Country headed to Westfield State today to compete in the James Earley invite in a precursor training match for the MASCAC Championship. The Lancers were led by senior Leah Berg (Worcester, MA) who finished in 36th place to help Worcester to 234 points and an eighth place finish. The result marks another consistent showing for the Lancers as they continue to build momentum through the midseason stretch.
